Bypass For Rate Limiting on Icloud.com? - Sjburst - Sep 12, 2023
I just started reading up on rate limit bypassing and I am curious if it is possible to do so on icloud's website for 2FA. I am most interested in IP spoofing becuase I know that apple blocks your IP address after too many failed attempts. Is it possible to work around this?

I don't know how long the six-digit 2FA code would remain valid as Apple prompts for my security questions when I try to login and keeps telling me that they're wrong.

I was talking more about changing your IP to a new valid IP every time you reach the limit of failed 2FA code attempts. Do you know if this hack works at all on Icloud.com?

Like I said, I'm locked out and can't try it. But IP blocking doesn't worry me. I suspect that they use more than rate limiting by IP address.
