yes can be done with requests or selenium not exactly like :
https://website1.com/wp-admin/:user:pass
but yeh it's very possible and i think there are tools in the market that do so but if you want custom coded one pm me i can make it and we can use Middle Man

you can use something simple like this this guy does:

it's easy to put it into a script to automate it with a list of sites.
