I want to purchase crypto, but my novel bank account stopped, I have no other bank account.

What I am about to write might help you, but 0% fees are inevitable.

1) You should use bybit.com
2) When adding funds, add them with ZEN.COM (1.22% fee) only applies
3) Top up your ZEN.COM account with Wise (0% fees) and allow the Bybit transaction

If you top up 1000$ worth of crypto, you will cover 12.2$ of fees only.

Yes, it does allow non us residents.

Bybit central office is in Dubai.

This was such a lifesaver for me.
Both Chase and Starling banned crypto purchase this week.

Why would you need to upgrade ZEN ? As far as I can see this restriction is only valid for account upgrade ?
If you upgrade your account you can indeed, save the 1.22% of fees but you can use it without upgrading.

When I go to US transfers in bybit it shows disabled for now, the second best option is EUR, which is lesser fees 0.922% but .. I when I click on connect with Zen it gives me this error.

i advice you to use P2P mostly of crypto exchanges provide a p2p platform , kindly try first to use verified merchants to avoid being scammed

Fees are certainly inevitable, unless you find a user who'd be willing to exchange it 1:1 (very unlikely). As a few individuals stated previously, bybit is the way to go for lower fees

willing to pay a little fees but not on the risk to get my wise blocked. I saw on kucoin people are selling USDT for wise but I have read stories wise banning accounts.
Bybit is not working for me since no Access to Zen as non US.
