I assume the file size will be big since you will be obfuscating and packing the code,

Yeah around 65mb for shared and similar for private but for private stub on user agreement we pump it up to 500mb-1GB because that helps to avoid virustotal.com and other automatic virus scanning softwares/analyses even some of the antivirus sandboxes because file is literally too big and they don't analyse such big files. If you pump it up to 5gb or even 10gb you can upload your .exe directly to google drive as .exe and it will show that file is safe and it won't make any new detections because scanning that big file costs too much resources for them.
Usually people add it as an extra file on .msi auto windows installers so it compresses file more for faster downloads even if stub is 1gb windows installer total size would be much smaller.

Yeah they do use NSIS to bypass static scan on VT.
