Blessed in that I have my wife, my health and our home, but cursed in that I feel very tired these last few days, and have a lot to do in the garden and home that I can't really get to either because of weather or my in-laws being here for now. Ups and downs!

It's all about the mindset, I'd say. There are certainly days where my mind just tries to get negative thoughts to me, but as long as I can identify it and ignore it/stop it then every day is a blessing.
