Job Sponsorship for US VISA Application [Looking for] - deepdrey - Nov 10, 2023
Hello,
I'm a foreigner. I travel to the United States frequently as a tourist and would like to stay longer. I work as a freelance web developer, but the tourist visa is quite restrictive regarding the time I can stay in the country and its justifications.
I am looking for a sponsorship that requests me as their employee, to be able to apply for a work VISA that allows me to be there, legally, for longer.
Anyone with any ideas? Obviously, I would pay for it.

Hey, I would suggest looking for jobs using US job websites and contacting the employer to see if they will sponsor your application.
I'm not in the US however i believe it may be similar to the UK.

I have searched for something but it is complex. There are many checks and getting married involves complex legal relationships.
Do you know any experience?
