Non Upgraded Members [LQ] Marketplace Payment Harassment - SIM-5455545 - Dec 8, 2023
some people are just evil in mentality mind
this people ask me a question I answer y/n
they ask me another question I answer y/n
lq people sends rude message for payment, lq people send rude thread reply
now if the lq people feels compelled in anyway they delete the rude thread reply and walk away
what is the purpose of allowing non upgraded & non contracted members to reply on marketplace threads?
also the report system is hit or miss they are 0 non custodial members.

Possibly a change to a contract system at least for non upgraded members,
I suggest report for these members should be processed,
necessary measures in advance,
there should be account action.

That's an interesting one.
If your suggestion is "REAL TIME MODERATION" well there is and they are called "STAFF", if you deem a post report worthy, then report it? what.

Staff take action very quickly already. If you refer to the HF Server Move thread, natural language processing might be more readily feasible in the future once some upgrades are made.

If it turns into something similar to googles services before this real time update then you have to Legit Spam Report 25x-50x, Maybe even report on a certain day to even get flag noticed and action taken its was a blood moon chance is the point.

Click report and put the reason or reach out to us.
Seems your logic is missing the fact you can contact Staff if you have a question or concern.
All in all, this "suggestion" if you want to call it that, doesn't actually make sense.

We try to keep marketplace as clean as possible and not allow for sales trashing to go on.
First step is definitely to report the post, and if it violates policy we generally handle it pretty swiftly.
If you feel as though your reported post doesn’t get dealt with properly or in due time, always feel free to PM or convo a Staff member and we’ll look into the post and provide further explanation to you if we cannot remove it.

I am a bit confused by just reading the title as well as your post. What exactly are you suggesting?

If it is not sales trashing, why not? This is a public forum not a IM or ads marketplace. General questions regarding the service should always be allowed and it makes the sales thread look alive instead of dead in general.

As long as your report is accurate/viable, it will be dealt with by a staff member. If the post is not sales trashing/against the rules, reporting it won't make any difference.

There is still no suggestion in this. This is just vague feedback.
I feel the system in place now is alright. Few vendors have been selling stuff for years. & I doubt looking at your marketplace history, you have had much such experience. Maybe you had bad luck of dealing with couple of members but in that case just ignore them & move on.

By the way we all dont have the ability to upgrade, here in egypt for example that 30 usd cost about 1500 egp that may be 1/5 wage in a month or more! We reply as we all look for revenue, may be i can sell a service in a win win situation
If u mean trashy reply then those reply in all sections not only market place, just report them, and stuff are really good here and reply quickly

The average wage in Egypt is 9,200 EGP (Egyptian Pound) per month.

Thats bank rate, they not give dollars from bank unless u owe bussiness, black market price is over 50 egp, i know cuz i live here may be?
And minimum wage is 3500, where did you get your info from?
P. S : our visa not working online outside egypt too (prepaid i mean and so on) so we have to get credit card to work world wide
