Deep fake AI babies talk about their murders. The horror of TikTok has no bottom - The Pact - Dec 10, 2023 The baby in the video is, of course, not real: She’s an AI-generated creation posted on an account with nearly 50,000 followers that posts Ai faked videos of real-life crime victims telling their stories. The gruesome story she’s telling is true, albeit to a point. The baby’s name wasn’t Rody Marie, but Royalty Marie, and she was found stabbed to death and burned in an oven in her grandmother’s home in Mississippi in 2018; the grandmother, 48-year-old Carolyn Jones, was charged with first-degree murder earlier this year. But Royalty was 20 months when she died, not 21, and unlike the baby in the TikTok video, she was Black, not white. Such inaccuracies are par for the course in the grotesque world of AI true-crime-victim TikTok https://www.rollingstone.com/culture/culture-features/true-crime-tiktok-ai-deepfake-victims-children-1234743895/ RE: The horror of TikTok has no bottom deep fake AI babies talking about their murders - BiNBo - Dec 11, 2023 I just don't even know where to start on this one, but holy shit that's fucked up. The devils advocate in me says that it's not much different from true crime television series and reenactments. But this is in just such bad taste I don't have the words. I'd be absolutely flabbergasted if they actually got permission from the family to use the victims likeness, but then again they've gotten their actual info so far off and incorrect that it's almost not even the same beyond the broad strokes, so there's just no way. Just more internet clickbait for the tiktok cess pit I honestly have no coherent response to this beyond what the actual fuck. Just more internet clickbait for the tiktok cess pit I think it's actually very different from true crime television series and re=enactments. Re-enactments don't normally show a child actually being hurt with a lot of gore from what I've seen they're more likely to cut away with a child or leave that bit out or at most just show a child's body lying on the ground with a little blood for an instant while retelling. This tiktok stuff with Ai babies should be banned. RE: Deep fake AI babies talk about their murders. The horror of TikTok has no bottom - gangushbo - Dec 13, 2023 wth i read my senses are frozen RE: Deep fake AI babies talk about their murders. The horror of TikTok has no bottom - The Pact - Dec 16, 2023 The cherubic baby with giant blue eyes and a floral headband says in the TikTok video. The baby, who speaks in an adorably childish voice atop the plaintive melody of Dylan Mathew‘s “Love Is Gone.” “Please follow me so more people know my true story,” the baby says at the end of the video." 🙄🙄🙄 I'm a true crime junkie but I would NOT watch this sick shit. Teenage girls are the ones most dumb about this saying it's "sharing the story." No your ass is just entertained and doing it with Ai babies is super gross. RE: Deep fake AI babies talk about their murders. The horror of TikTok has no bottom - Jamika - Dec 17, 2023 It seems like carton, not any close to reality RE: Deep fake AI babies talk about their murders. Still, the genie is already out of the bottle, and accounts posting similar videos are filling the gap. RE: Deep fake AI babies talk about their murders. The horror of TikTok has no bottom - Sootyjared - Dec 20, 2023 I saw a news headline on a newspaper about this at some point a few months ago, it was a bit moral panicky and was clearly written by someone trying to rile up people about deep fakes and social media, it was about a British boy who was murdered in the 90s I believe and the parents found one of these. I don’t understand the appeal of this, aside from getting stuff wrong and being pretty exploitative to both the victims and the families, this doesn’t even seem like it would appeal to true crime fans. No way. 🤮 I have been in and out of true crime and don’t really like stuff involving the murder of kids, but the idea of a deep faked child talking about their murder is just all kinds of weird. If it was on the TV and was someone playing the child in a tv show where it shows the events of the murder, it would be fine. Another difference is that a child is at least getting perhaps money or at least experience as an actor and the BIG thing is the child won't be narrating it in a tv show they are usually acting and rarely even is any gore type stuff show or at least not from what I have watched like deadly women they usually cut away from the child actor while the narrator says what happened without showing much. |
