Steam region arg better than trk? - hit - Dec 14, 2023
I was reading that argentinas currency is down 50 pct more making them worse then Venezuela. Which js kind of insane. I wonder how this will effect the region pricing. Argentina going to be the new turkey? Kind of want to take advantage in more ways than one. Even plan a holiday for cheap given their circumstances. Anyone in here have an Argentina steam region account? I'd imagine it would be less expensive than turkey now.

Go to steam.db and look up whatever game you're interested in and it will show you a list of how much it costs in each currency.

Both now use USD for purchases - Steam changed the currency on 20th November. You're too late bud!

Most people here in egypt use turkey, but i readed too arg is good price, but any way i remember some one said u cant use another country and its against site rules

steamdb is the best site to check what's cheaper. Sometimes Argentina is still cheaper

These countries don't exist anymore on steam. This is outdated information. All 'shit' currencies got forced into using USD for games. So you can no longer get 50-95% discounts on Games using Turkey or Argentina.
For anyone else who wants an idea of how to get a discount. Pick a bunch of games you like and see what currency gives you the biggest discount and then change your account to that one to take advantage of another country thats poorer than you.
