This is extremely interesting and very unique, I am just trying to understand the application. What can I use it for that does GPT-4 doesn't do? Like what does personalizing it do? Will it answer or explain things that chatGPT refuses to? How can it enhance my HF experience? Sorry if these questions are stupid, I am just really intrigued but don't really understand at all what it is lol.

It's like giving it a really good prompt that it remembers, so any additional messages will be executed in that context. Here's a few examples:
I have one for making HF sales threads
I have one trained on some of my favourite C code
I have one trained on my own Lisp code with recommendations on what style to use
I have one for responding to retards on Discord
GPT4 is much more powerful than GPT3.5, and it is very good at getting it right.
ChatGPT itself is essentially a customGPT of the unfiltered AI. If you want an AI that will do whatever you want, you need one that hasn't been modified in this way.
