Which dividends are you invested in?
Has it been stable, also what is the % returned?
I just started in this area with an investment of $100.
It says 10% return, I am assuming this is quarterly?

If you bought a stock that pays 10%, this is in APY or annual percentage yield. You would be paid quarterly as long as they keep the dividend and you'll get 10% at the end of the year after your 4 payments. The price of the stock could drop, in which case you could end up losing money, so its not nessasairy better than getting 10% APY with a bond or something.
The only dividend stock I individually own is ET or energy transfer. They're around 9% right now and I have had them for a few years and just reinvest the dividends back into a stock purchase.
