PC Build under $2000 - helporassist - Dec 24, 2023

Hi, I have a budget of $2000 for a PC Build, it will be used for gaming such as Warzone, and then also normal computing tasks, browsing, ect...
I've had Intel previously so I am interested in an AMD build but Intel is fine,

Thanks boss, while you're here, do you recommend Liquid Cooling, is it worth the extra cost?

Depends on what you wanna use it for, if it's for intense gaming it can be worth and it might be quieter, otherwise not really.
If you have the extra budget, go for it !

Liquid Cooling comes into play in a few scenarios.

1. Massive long-term sessions of gaming
2. You overclock GPU/CPU.
3. The room you're computer in is warm.

I've never really needed liquid cooling myself. I don't do any of that.

Any chance you can just upgrade your existing system to save money? Example is keeping your case and power supply, replace the MOBO, CPU, and GPU. Most likely need new RAM.

Is this your first build?

btw, I like shopping on a budget at Woot (Amazon owns it).

Also a section for desktops including gaming PCs for reasonable prices.
