3301's Job Outsource Service | Hate your remote job? Never work again | Cheap - 3301 - Jan 7, 2024
Hate your remote job? Outsource your job and never work again.
We handle everything: finding the right people, hiring them, and managing them for you
...all from our office in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Usually, we outsource tech jobs like Full Stack Developer (react / angular & nodejs).
Non-tech jobs can also be outsourced through us.
The Process
> You send us the job details
> We search for talented Filipinos, interview them, and select the best candidate
^If it's for a tech job, we also give candidates a take-home project to prove their skills.
> We introduce you to the candidate via Zoom or Discord
> If you like them, we'll hire them & they'll begin completing your job for you.
Ready to start? Send over the job requirements and we'll start looking for the right person.
Q&A
Why the Philippines?
The talent here is the best in the world for the price. Everyone here in Metro Manila is fluent in English, many with a perfect American accent.
Why should I use this service instead of doing it myself?
That's 100% a route to consider. The problem with people you hire online on places like Upwork is they jump between contracts often, leaving you and your job's work behind unexpectedly. They're also quite difficult to manage since they're not in-person; leading to low performance. We solve these problems by hiring them full-time and managing them directly here in the Philippines.
What type of jobs can be outsourced?
Any remote jobs
Will my boss find out?
If you don't talk about it, you'll be fine. Our Filipino workers use VPNs to avoid raising any alarms.
How much does it cost to outsource? How do I pay?
The cost depends on the job requirements. You can pay with USD (Card, Zelle, Paypal) or Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC)
What do I do after outsourcing my job?
Find a new job and outsource it too. Now you have two job salaries without doing any work.
