Idk, get a better plan? I'm kidding. Here's Google Web Light, it should shave off some kilobytes from pages with a lot of media on them: https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/9836344?hl=en
You could also lower the resolution on some of your streaming apps, for example with Youtube: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/91449

Call and bitch about the quality of your service, and then ask for a concession to "keep your business", it'll likely only get you a free month of cell service but hey, free is free.

Nope, if you have a data cap, there's no way to raise it or bypass it from your side. The carrier monitors your data usage and cuts off usage when you reach the cap. The data usage is tied to your SIM, and that's it.

But you can't alter the src really try another state or region and port if possible.. sometimes they're cheaper..
