As The Title Says, I Have An Old Phone Laying Around And I Want To Turn Into Something Useful, The Phone Is Galaxy A70 With 128Gb In Memory And 6Gb In RAM, The Phone Is Considerably Fast And Reliable But I Have A Better One, Any Ideas?

Useful for what ?
If you are looking for hacking / security stuff you can
- try to install Nethunter on it,
- dive into Android pentesting ,
- install a RAT on it to see how it works,
- or look after Android forensic if you are more attracted by cybersecurity

I would prob keep it as a 2FA phone.
I recently upgraded to the Iphone 13 Pro Max from an Iphone 12 and I'll use that Iphone 12 for 2fa purposes. (never leaves the house)

What do you mean by "2FA phone" ? I know what is 2FA but don't understand the principle of a phone used only for 2FA.
Do you mean a phone with a different number (different from your personal number) to register on websites and/or use services in anonymity ?

See, before the Iphone 13, I used my iphone as a normal phone and as an 2FA layer (With Authentication app/sms), my risk is that if i take my phone outside and break/lose it, I have 2fa problems to deal with.
Having the second phone purely as an Authentication layer will ensure I never get 2fa locked out should I lose or break my current Iphone 13 :p
I try to stay away from SMS authentication as much as possible though.

If you had a larger SD card you could put it in there and run it as a Monero, zcash, or bitcoin node. You wouldn't really gain anything out of it though besides helping the network.
