I'll probably cook something at home, get her a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine. As long as the kids are here it's difficult to try to go somewhere really nice to eat. I may look into buying her a necklace or something. She has so much already I don't know what's left that she doesn't.

Gonna grab some roses and we’re going out for dinner that evening

Wow brother that sounds like a sweet, thoughtful and cozy plan! It's wonderful to focus on creating a special atmosphere at home and the idea of surprising her with a necklace adds a lovely touch of romance.

It's really hard to go somewhere when you got kids and I feel yah 😋

Bro, may taking a leisurely stroll in the park or wandering around your neighborhood together could suffice for Valentine's Day, as long as it means spending quality time with her would be enough.

I was just looking on the Tiffany website at some earrings for her. They jacked up their prices insane over the last few years. I had bought her a bunch of the last few years and I swear it was 60% cheaper when I was buying before. That's just nuts. I'm a little in shock over seeing the new prices.

Maybe that's because of the law of demand and supply that makes them expensive 😋

I'm sure it has more to do with corporate greed than it does supply and demand. Sadly a lot of businesses have been shameless in their show of greed ever since Covid happened. We get stuck paying more for no reason at all.

It's frustrating to see how some businesses prioritize profits over people, especially during challenging times like the pandemic. Fair pricing practices always set aside due to greediness.

oh man, I don't even know when valentine's day is. Probably not gonna do much. Just stay home and enjoy the day. The day before that is a holiday for where I live so I'll be off work Monday-Wednesday. Now I'll probably go grab some steaks

I’m currently in a complicated situation right now so I got no idea, It’s a really long story so don’t bother asking because I’m not gonna explain it.

Cooking at home! No more going out for three noodles and one meatball for $24.57. Chicken, rigatoni, garlic bread, in vodka sauce for the old lady!
