This is done by purchasing vBucks through a linked microsoft account with an Argentinian/Egyptian or other RU/CIS countries payment method. If you can't figure out how to source a payment method yourself, just go through a reseller.

Offering each 13500 vbucks for 17.99$

27000 VB | $33.99
40500 VB | $50.99
54000 VB | $67.99

81000 VB | $93.99

108000 VB | $119.99
