There's no days for this. He will perm close you when you see this. I'd recommend just doing a self ban for however long you think it'll take for this to pass, and at the end if you still want closed, then do it.

VC ban seems like a much better option, at least you can change ur mind. I’ve VC banned myself for a year prior, it’s well worth having a plan B than just aimlessly banning but it’s ur acc (hopefully) so your choice.
