Legal business partner needed (Sauce Company) - SIM-5427712 - Feb 10, 2024
Long shot as there are many kids out there but gonna take a shot in the dark
Looking for a partner to start a sauce company with me BBQ and hot sauce
This is on a very simple level
This is not drop shipping I am making the sauces my self I’ve been selling locally to friends and family but I want to scale it up
No I am not gonna give the recipe out don’t ask please
Currently only making bbq and hot sauce
I got marketing ready
Needing help with packaging costs
Higher inventory
Right now I make and sell roughly about 20 bottles a week and looking to scale this
Each bottle is $10
Bundles are like $80 for all of my sauces
I do not have a LLC yet as I’ve not had the proper equipment to scale this up
I’ll eventually scale this up my self but will take awhile so looking to speed up the process I am NOT asking for anyone to send me money directly or send another person money
If you are actually serious please be 18 or older and we will discuss ownership %
Again I know it’s a shot in the dark but gonna see if any business entrepreneurs are out there

If you don't have a legal entity yet you have no means of offering a percentage of ownership. You aren't ready for a partner, but you probably don't need one at this stage except possibly to help you market and sell the product. I think your primary concerns right now should be marketing to increase sales and then getting a co-manufacturer to produce and bottle your product. Scale will allow you to achieve better margins.

I didn’t think about a co-manufacture
I can market easily I am just lacking proper equipment like a bottle labeler and some other miscellaneous stuff I am ready to file a LLC but before I do so I’d like to be able to manufacture in bulk as these 20 bottles a week is already a pain just doing so alone I am gonna look into the co-manufacturer
and see how to do that and get that started I am gonna be marketing on tiktok and later on in a year or so try to get it in stores

I could help you with this. I have all the equipment needed to produce your labels, and can help with other packaging things. I would like to know a little more though send me a message when you can.
