That is the most generic complaint I’ve ever heard in my entire life. On top of that this is an online forum so no one can see you and we can only go off what you posted.
It can literally be 1,000 things from what you’ve narrowed down.
Did you injure it?
Are you a below the knee amputee?
Did you get attacked by a bear?
Did you karate chop an attacker stealing a baby from a car?

If u dont stand alot , it may b some proplem with blood supply to ur leg or (vericose veins) or may be u need some vitamins , better check a doctor if proplem continue
