Privacy & Security Guide For Everyone - Shinthai - Feb 15, 2024
Hey everyone, hope you all are doing well and having a great day and week so far.
The prevalence of the internet in our daily lives cannot be ignored, highlighting the significance of safeguarding our privacy and security while online. As our online presence continues to expand, it is imperative to prioritize the protection of our personal data from potential unauthorized access, theft, or exploitation.
That's why today I want to share 2 websites with everyone which I feel are really great towards improving your online privacy and security.
1. ssd(dot)eff(dot)org
2. securityinabox(dot)org
Both ssd(dot)eff(dot)org and securityinabox(dot)org are excellent resources for individuals looking to improve their online privacy and security. The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) has created these websites to provide users with the necessary tools and information to protect themselves against online threats.
The ssd(dot)eff(dot)org website covers various aspects of online privacy, including secure messaging, encrypted email, and VPNs. It also includes a threat modeling tool that helps users assess their level of risk and prioritize their security measures. On the other hand, the securityinabox(dot)org website focuses on providing detailed guides for users to protect their digital lives across various platforms, such as Android, iOS, Windows, and MacOS.
By exploring these websites, individuals can gain knowledge about the significance of online privacy and security and discover effective strategies for safeguarding their personal data. In short, they are excellent resources for anyone wanting to protect their online privacy and security.
Remember, all kinds of suggestions and recommendations are opened. So please don't hesitate to share your thoughts.
Quote:One more thing I'm new here. I'm basically interested in topics related to but not limited to Hacking Stuff (Includes everything like different kinds of OS, Tools, Popular Trends, RAT, Web Application, etc.) Cryptocurrency, Politics, and Conspiracy Theories.
I like to learn and improve my self on a daily basis. I'll be sharing content by which we all can learn and improve together as a community. Looking forward to gain enormous knowledge.

Didn't know these, thanks for the share !
I liked on the first link an article on how to secure Whatsapp, so you don't allow anyone to add you to groups and stuff, sometimes it's really inconvenient being into random scam groups
They should add one tutorial for Telegram too
Are your interested by cyber security or not that much ?

Appreciate you brother for your kind words.
Yeah, the Whatsapp thing was very simple and common but sometimes people forget to fix the small things while focusing more on the bigger part.
Yes I'm thinking that I should make a Detailed Thread separately for that.
I'm interested in Cyber Security. I never call myself an expert but yeah I try to learn consistently on a daily basis. I believe Knowledge is the Key to Everything.
Saw some of your Threads also. Really liked them and wanna appreciate you for sharing your experience with the community. Keep doing the good work.🙂
