Focus on the process - Noble - Feb 20, 2024 Why do people focus on money 1st rather than the process for whatever situation they're getting into. Let use some sort of skill for example. An individual is learning a valuable skill, but so focus and driven by capital that they give up because they are not earning as much as they thought they were before learning the skill. I would like to know the psychology behind that. RE: Focus on the process - Deany - Feb 20, 2024 Because I need the money to buy more anime toys 😠RE: Focus on the process - Jamika - Feb 20, 2024 (Feb 20, 2024 02:59 PM)Failure Wrote: Why do people focus on money 1st rather than the process for whatever situation they're getting into. I know you're just trolling at this point. RE: Focus on the process - Popular - Feb 20, 2024 Thats a very good question man, Idk. RE: Focus on the process - Zalbai - Feb 20, 2024 Am I the only one who didn't fully understand the question? I would understand if you wrote that people focus on money instead of family or happiness. Or that people concentrate on money instead of a fulfilling job. I read many times but I don't really understand what you want to ask. Am I totally off base? But I agree, people trying to 'get rich quick' or looking for easy money will fail. They need to find something they enjoy doing to have better odds of succeeding. RE: Focus on the process - Domestos - Feb 20, 2024 Work at a job you enjoy and you wont work a single day in your life. Honestly, for me, personally, as much as I'd love that, I understand that I'll never find a job I enjoy, because part of the enjoiment process for me is to earn enough to live comfortably. One of the reasons I work a job I hate, but it pays the bills. I'd rather focus on a goal, a financial one, say, I want to buy an apartment, and just grind for that goal, it's all worth it at the end. I was implying the process, (which is the tasks you have to do to earn money) vs the end result(which is the money you earned from doing those task). RE: Focus on the process - Charlie Sheen - Feb 21, 2024 Because we live in a time where prices are going up every day. Everything has become so expensive. Gone are the days where you can make $10-$15 an hour and afford a place and family. If money isn't a problem right now and you have something saved up on the side, then go ahead and invest your time into that skill. But you need to ask yourself if the juice is worth the squeeze. On the otherhand, the only way out of this situation sometimes can be to focus on a skill so you can make enough money to survive and thrive. To build something to have money on the side and then later on if you have to repeat this you can afford to. Obviously this is where you will have to both focus on money and learning a skill, which will eventually lead to burn out if kept up long enough.
