And now I have PCs that I have not infected, what happened?

They look more like Honeypots.
Have you Uploaded your Build to sites like VT or similar sites?

You have shared your payload somewhere. So it's now being run and analyzed by various automated mechanism, ie sandboxes and such.
You have uploaded your payload somewhere, if not you might have a software installed on your device that does share samples, ie ccleaner, defender or many others.

I literally didn't do anything, i just build the rat and tried on my computer.

You have software installed that does that. Could be anything.
