Time is relative...but ever feel like time went by too fast? - ✔-Elision- - Feb 26, 2024 Seems like the past 5-6 years have just flown by...2017-18 seems like it was a year or two ago. Time seems to have flown by too fast and things seem to have taken place at a very very swift pace..anyone else relate to this? Perhaps on a different timeline/year range than me but share your experiences/views if you ever experienced the same? RE: Time is relative...but ever feel like time went by too fast? - Novelette - Feb 26, 2024 I feel like time got faster for me, as recent life events had made me value it more. The more I value it the faster it seems to go. Its said that the sweet time flew fast, so happy time pass quick without us feeling it RE: Time is relative...but ever feel like time went by too fast? - akai64 - Feb 27, 2024 this year went by so fast ( RE: Time is relative...but ever feel like time went by too fast? - Zalbai - Feb 27, 2024 One theory suggests that the neurotransmitter dopamine is released when we perceive new stimuli. This is intended to help with learning time perception. However, because dopamine levels decline after the age of 20, the physiological explanation is that time appears to pass more quickly for the person. RE: Time is relative...but ever feel like time went by too fast? - Domestos - Feb 27, 2024 Yeah, kids born in 2006 are 18 now, didn't realize how quick time went by, though I feel it every day, it's almost as if 24 hours a day are not enough. RE: Time is relative...but ever feel like time went by too fast? - Bumface - Feb 28, 2024 I remember when i went to school it’d feel so long during the day then the day would end and i’d be like where’d the day go? this happened a bit at work too lol RE: Time is relative...but ever feel like time went by too fast? - Grim - Feb 28, 2024 (Feb 26, 2024 08:02 PM)✔-Elision- Wrote: Seems like the past 5-6 years have just flown by...2017-18 seems like it was a year or two ago. honestly crazy how much time flys! i rememebr those days RE: Time is relative...but ever feel like time went by too fast? - Euaggelistes - Feb 28, 2024 (Feb 26, 2024 08:02 PM)✔-Elision- Wrote: Seems like the past 5-6 years have just flown by...2017-18 seems like it was a year or two ago. Also, I think that the world is simply faster than before; cars, food, internet, schedules etc etc. And we are constantly bombarded by this huge amount of information (from media, phones, social networks) so we try to keep up and our brains work hard so we can't be aware all of the time. That's why our days are too short and we are constantly lacking time. I think awareness is key; but the system is designed to make mindless zombies out of people so it will only get faster and more saturated with shit. RE: Time is relative...but ever feel like time went by too fast? - Beherit - Feb 28, 2024 Age of the Aquarius is upon us. Get ready - the year just started and 2024 is shit.
