I'm newbie and I have found a source and I want to check its adequate.

Talk to chatGPT about it, it should provide enough insight on basics, more so than forum posts, on top you can literally search youtube for courses on networking basics, but keep in mind most of it will be theory knowledge, not related to hacking into networks, which I'm not sure you even want to but considering you're on hackforums I think it's okay to assume.

I would second Network Chuck on YouTube like DramaKing mentioned.
He is entertaining and explains things very simply. He has a series for the CCNA that starts from what is a network and goes up from there.
If you go through that you will have some decent network theory and understanding of the concepts around it.
Also TryHackMe has some free beginner rooms that are focused on networking basics:

I am also a newbie but I would also recommend network chuck and professor messor but you could also check out cisco packet tracer and study Comptia A+ and Network+ material.
