What damage can be done with a hacked PC or email? - Undead - Mar 24, 2024
Greetings all,
I've seen the below infographics floating around which list possible things malicious hackers can do if they've hacked your email or PC. However, they're pretty outdated now being more than 10 years old. I wonder if people on here can list things that can be done now with a hacked PC or email in 2024. I'm trying to make more up-to-date versions of these infographics. Appreciate any help with this.

In my case i prefer that my pc should be hacked than my email ,because if they had acces to your email they had acces to very important things like : social accounts ,bank accounts etc as majority of important things are linked to your email

OP - A lot of your information is still relevant today in my opinion. All of the targets in the diagram are still targeted in hacks, even in 2024. The methods people use are probably different, but the underlying goals they have are still in line with these categories mostly:

If they hack your PC, they likely have all your emails, logins, etc.
