Merge GFX Forum Sections Together - Hackers - Mar 26, 2024
I have noticed that the GFX section in Tech tab is noticeably less active than other sections. It is obviously not too inactive with posts just a few days ago, but when you compare this to other sections on the site, GFX is falling behind overall. I think it is because there are too many GFX related sub forums.
My suggestion is to increase exposure to graphics/gfx related threads by merging some of the forums together to boost activity levels under 1 forum instead of spread out across multiple.

Here are some thoughts:
- Graphics/2 subforums could stay in place, but if other graphic forums are merged it may be weird if 1 forum has its own section in Tech tab
- Rate My Graphic could be a thread prefix, or subforum of Graphics
- Free Graphic Help could live in Market tab's Service Requests (for requesters) or Free Services & Giveaways (for gfx artists), or in Graphics Market under Service Offerings
- Video Editing could possibly be a subforum under the Social tab's Movies, TV, and Videos - or as a subforum or thread prefix, under Graphics
- Photography 101 can probably just be merged into Graphics for its threads. It seems that a lot of the threads here could go into Rate My Graphic (or image), or other sections

Last big merge I left most of that Tech tab alone. One day I'll do some additional merging.
