What was the best year of your life? The worst? - Eran - Apr 2, 2024
The best year of my life was definitely 2017 while the worst being 2023.
2024 looking hopeful so far but let's not get ahead of ourselves 😁

I hope 2024 to be my best year, I left the company I worked for 5 years, should be officially working in cybersecurity this year, however I encountered some health issues because of working and studying too much, currently resting, hope this will be fixed soon
I don't know when my worst year was tho, because for every year I'm thinking about, even when bad things happened they helped me to become a better version of myself, 2023 was really rough but if didn't happen I wouldn't be where I am now, so ...

Leaving a company of 5 years sounds like quite the move! I hope you recover ASAP and crush your goals this year!
I feel your last sentence. 2023 was pretty rough on me but I've had some very valuable lessons.

I wouldn’t say I’ve moved on, but I’ve become used to it. Life sucks sometimes, the older I get the more I understand and have accepted it.

After first reading the question, no specific year honestly comes to mind for either my best or my worst. That isn't to say I couldn't sit down, really think about it, and maybe come to a conclusion on at least one of them though I guess. I'm sure I could.
