C++ Encryption/ Decryption/ SSL/ Hashing/ Cracking - nucleo_type09 - Apr 12, 2024 user-friendly c++ crypto class, based on cryptopp library, abstracts away all the crap beginners don't want to have to do, encrypt, decrypt, create ssl public/private keys, and hash with a single call.. Code #include "lib/viper.hpp"if you like it, you can find the full library here: https://github.com/nucleoType98/Crypto-Viper.git, i made it just to make life easier for who doesn't like too much boilerplate, it works on Linux OS (x86-64 bit Architectures), i dont know about Windows and Mac OS, but i think it should work as well... i also added a function to brute force a hash cipher, using any key size(1,224,256, 384, 512)... which will require an hashed string, and it will start try to brute force crack it RE: C++ Encryption/ Decryption/ SSL/ Hashing/ Cracking - Hackers - Apr 14, 2024 (Apr 12, 2024 04:57 PM)nucleo_type09 Wrote: user-friendly c++ crypto class, based on cryptopp library, abstracts away all the crap beginners don't want to have to do, encrypt, decrypt, create ssl public/private keys, and hash with a single call.. Nice share, I'm surprised nobody has responded to this, but thanks for mentioning it in my thread. Does your tool handle other types of strings, such as when a size must be declared, or would you recommend that this string type is converted? I had experimented with this in my own class & it's tough because if you convert a string type in runtime to & from, you end up leaving the string exposed unless you manually clear it, which makes it clunky to use runtime decryption. So, I started working on bringing over more types to my class so that this isn't needed. just wondering what your solution is for strings that require size to be defined. It's really, really helpful. You can give it your codebase, have it write out function types/definitions, and start writing up docs. I always review for accuracy, but with proper prompting and having it do it piece by piece, it usually ends up very well-documented. It's really, really helpful. i used gpt for a feedback, but did not try for the actual documentation, i'll try, but i didn't so far bcz i'm trying to keep things legit, meaning i do really want to have my signature over my work, even with errors if needs to be, those errors can be removed eventually, but i feel like if i let gpt do my stuff then it would have less sense to me, idk if that makes sense to u tho haha, do u also feel sometimes the need to leave your signature on your work or you don't really care about it? |
