Putting on my PJ pants, my crocs, and starting my laptop are some of the very first things I do when I get home from work or even just being out of the house all day.
What are the first things YOU do?

Lay down because of Neck, Shoulder & Back pain.
Then try find motivation to get on my computer looking at how to become financially free so i can try to restore my health.

Sure i get a warm shower, make something to eat, and watch anything on tv :)

Drink a full glass of water. I often don't get enough hydration when I'm out for a long day...so that's first.
