I always want to go fishing, then I get there get stoned and just sit around enjoying nature and never doing any real fishing..

I use to enjoy fishing a lot, whether it be fresh or salt water. We would sit on the beach for hours, slamming beers and shark fishing. I find it to be therapeutic and presents an opportunity to reflect.

Engaging in fishing served as a sanctuary from depression for me. Truly, there is nothing quite like the sensation experienced at dawn, gazing upon the serene reflection of a lake. The crispness of the cold air as it fills your lungs, the anticipation of that initial cast, and the instant when all worries dissipate—pure bliss.

I am not that much of a fan of fishing, but I would try spear fishing or some other more thrilling versions to see if I enjoyed it.
