You can play in local clubs on popular apps like gg/rrrr2 (inside the app you can join private clubs with up to 2000 players on rrrr2)
can help you with that, i'm an agent in one of local clubs we get crypto as deposits/withdrawls (poker only)
Minimum deposit is 85$ and there is bonus first time (there are tables open and active every day blinds 10/5, 20/30 up to 25/50 -50/100)
