In fact, boiled is the healthiest, but fried is better in taste.

Fried for sure, i think i mqy eat it as boiled only if iam sick and doctor ordered that

Oof that’s a hard one, I love my grandmas recipe for mashed tators…but damn some whataburger French fries are awesome. I guess it depends on the main course?
Side note, my dad used to make “green mashed potatoes” when I was a kid, basically they are mashed potatoes with mashed boiled broccoli. Absolutely amazing.

Definitely boiled. I love french fries, but I could literally eat mashed potatoes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for at least a week straight. This might sound weird, but they taste better if you put steak sauce (a1) on them.

Both are great and each one goes better with different things, but I would do some kind of frying of some form of them versus boiled.

Yeah that's essentially what I had said. Both are great and go better with certain things so it depends on that. I lean towards some form of frying them though as well.

I think there is a time for boiled and fried, depending on what I feel like, I just love potatoes in general.
