Favorite HF Drama. - Laughing Man - Jun 3, 2024
What was your favorite drama that occurred on HF when you were a member, something that stood out and had a profound memory for you regarding it.
Mine would be Xviceral getting raided by the FBI, going dark and then HF members going nuts as they were actively getting raided. The forums were utter chaos for weeks.

Ahh, I remember this. Crazy times for sure. My most memorable experience was when in 2010 an admin/mod 'hacker22' went rogue and started spamming/deleting threads en masse. I remember seeing the most disturbing images I've ever seen on the internet at the time. I made a video of it somewhere, but it's kinda cringy so I'll refrain from sharing it lol.

Eh I remember some old drama before i was gone, just lots of people using booters on each other. But i dont really like much drama, mostly it is around multis and scammers.

I don't know if it qualifies, but watching newer members (myself included) get harassed and light heartedly picked on in chat is my favorite drama. High quality character building.

No, they were members participating in highly illegal activities on a clearnet site. They were part of a sting operation targeted towards a particular group.

xVisceral (Didn’t know he was from this website) created the black shades program, a lot of people who bought it got arrested so that’s most likely why people got raided here
