This depends on the language you are using and the best solution would be multi-threading. Since you are using the term "background worker" then I am assuming you are using C# am I correct? Best you can do is have each background worker separate threads with separate proxies instead of having one bulky main thread. If I am correct that this is C# then have a look at this page from Microsoft as it discusses how to work with background workers. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.componentmodel.backgroundworker?view=net-8.0 RE: increase background worker speed vb.net? - Lookdadon - Aug 18, 2024 There is some tricky things Is your multi thread is creating a new instance of the mailer too? Mailing is habitually a class and/or a plugin and is already implementing the behavior under the hood. So you're running in multi thread but the mail resource make those threads waiting in queues. If you're using it as static, all instances remain the same it also can make threads waiting for the resource to be available. i guess you're using smtp client, in this case manage your code to create a new instance on new thread. you can work with parallelism and set DegreeOfParalelism semaforeslim to avoid more than one thread to access a resource. So basically to optimise rendering, there is no faster options, ull do it faster separating instances and thread and manipulating them perfectly |
