I'm trying to find code that I can send in an SMS or email that doesn't need to be opened or clicked on to automatically install a keylogger and/or all the saved logins on their phone. Is this even possible and if so how do I do it. Like I said I'm a COMPLETE beginner and I'm sorry if I sound stupid or like a rookie or whatever I'm just frustrated with my current search

Long story it's not for anything nefarious just trying to regain access to my Facebook and the hacker has my email changed to one I have no access to

And you think that a hacker will simply run code from an email attachment or SMS? (Email attachments with executables will be blocked, anyway). And how would you know if the hacker opens a text on a specific mobile OS? Then, too, keyloggers log keystrokes. Keyboards are generally not how people interact with mobile devices.
Contact Facebook. I hear that they're better at responding to reports of compromised accounts. That is your best course of action.

You surely don’t sound stupid
