I have around 10 aged google accounts (10-4 years old) where everyone is registered as a real person with a profile picture.

What do you mean by "UK Accounts"?
@gmail.com is assigned to everyone, also UK users. Nothing else really changes if you are from UK or not. If you mean what country is selected in Google Account Settings, then I can easily change to UK if you want me to.

For new local GMB profiles it does, they get flagged quickly when accounts that are from other countries leave reviews

Yes, but for old GMB profiles it does not make much difference. Newly created are very sensitive, especially considering the fact that it is harder to create one now than before.

Ok look buddy, please send me a PM if you want to try something, otherwise we are now spamming the thread with unnecessary posts. My google accounts are aged as dinosaurs, none of them is even made within last 2 years, mostly 4-10+ years old.
