Does anyone have any current links to resources/names of tools helpful in the cracking of a wifi network and performing a MITM attack? Currently running Windows 11.

Use Linux.
Make a virtual machine with linux. Buy a USB wifi adapter and allow it to access the VM. Then youtube tutorials on what to do.

You need at the minimum a USB adapter capable of monitor mode. I would also recommend buying the most powerful GPU that you can afford.
