Many people say that it's the 1.9 tdi, or the 2jz, But whats your opinion?

If the control unit is Bosch, it is very easy and its tools are cheap.

Honestly.. BMW’s are some of the most tunable cars. N55 and S55’s are insanely tunable and even the S58’s. You can put a tune on a G80 with an intake and catless DP and get 200+ WHP and a 1/4 mile easily under 9 seconds.
My old N55 was tuned with a catless DP and exhaust and added 100WHP just from that on my E30 tune.
