Hello,
So going off your post with not much info, I can't really advise much.
What are you intentions? Ransomeware? Botnets? etc. and What sort of targets? Corporations, Governments, Day-to-day people?
The best way to make lots of money is by doing it legally, setting up a business to test vulnerabilities, infiltrate an organisation and show them how you did so with how many systems got infected, information exposed etc and let them pay you to do so. Thus not being illegal and also making a nice chuck of cash.
