Issue setting up Cosmic Mirai - terrestrial - Jul 31, 2024
I'm having an issue with Cosmic Mirai, in the instructions when it tells me to run "screen ./cnc", I get the error "Cannot exec ./cnc permission denied".
I am on the root account, I've tried using chmod +X cnc and chmod +X ./cnc, and tried running it with sudo. It's the same thing every time.

Did you do the compiling yourself or was the cnc precompiled when you got it? Cause if it was precompiled that shit might be a shitty backdoor just echoing "Cannot exec ./cnc permission denied"... If not precompiled then not really sure what's going on here if even chmoding won't work.

chmod it with permission, imported precompiled stuff won't work otherwise. Also heavy recommend to never run things you can't see.
