Enforce the spam rules - AnnoyingSpammerss - Aug 4, 2024 Where are the mods? We have some pro-spammers who are currently posting over 200-300 low quality posts per day. I'll drop some names: @Eran@ / @Trumppp@ / @DemonAsylum@ Not only unfair for others participants, this is only really annoying to see the same replie being spammed all day long. I do remember the previous mods @Eagle 95@ and @Vitani@ issuing Warning and Bans for doing same shit a few years ago. Posting from a throw away because some of high profiles mentionned here would ask their Internet buddies to repfuck me. @Omniscient@ @Bastille@ @Charlie Seen@ @Nostre@ RE: Enforce the spam rules - Charlie Sheen - Aug 4, 2024 When you sign on your original account to read this. Please take a moment to read the Help Docs. We don't punish members for posting on a forum, that's what this site is for, and that's what this competition is all about. Pushing activity. Here's the rules for proper posting etiquette, which so far I haven't noticed them violating. Posting Etiquette of Hack Forums 1. Post in the correct category. 2. Use good grammar. Basically, start sentences with a capital and end it with punctuation. 3. Don't double post. That's when you post one after another instead of editing your existing first post. 4. Don't cross post. That's when you repeat a post in multiple threads or categories. Also, it applies if you post a thread with the same or similar content multiple times across forums or in a single forum. 5. Don't post leaked content. Leaking is when information is taken from one place and posted somewhere else without giving any credit. 6. Create relevant subjects for threads. Shit like "OMG" for a subject is immature and asinine. 7. When posting content from another site, credit the site; use quotes and link to the original content (unless it is a competing forum, in which case you shouldn’t be posting the content). 8. Be kind to others. How hard is it not to be an asshole? 9. Act like you're older than 16 even if you aren't. Avoiding character requirements in a post (currently minimum of 25) by adding empty characters, special characters that do not appear when posted, fillers, useless text (e.g. "25 char", "bump", "msg2short" or "tooshort") or a ridiculous amount of smileys to bypass the limit; Explicitly repeating what another user said; Posting of memes as an answer to the topic; The intentional use of broken English (e.g. Dolan Speak); Trolling; and Quoting posts without adding to them or adding something but your reply's character count is not above 25 characters (quoted content doesn't count). |
