Favorite piece of survival equipment? - LMPara - Aug 8, 2024 Had a discussion with a few buddies, and we got on the topic of, what is our FAVORITE piece of survival equipment? Or something that you WANT to bring with you, even if you need it? Mine would personally be one of those giant green propane torches. You can do a LOOOT with them. They are perfect fire starters (of course), they can be used as a weapon if needed due to the length of their flame, they last a loooong time, and my biggest use for them is the fact that they are great for heating something up QUICKLY. Get a bad cut or gash and it needs to be cauterized asap? Spark that sucker up, hold it up to any small piece of metal, and BAM, instant heat and instant cauterization to whatever u heated up when applied to the skin. Wonderful tool with so many uses for both every day and survival living. Bonus points if the sheath has a fire steel holder. |
