As an authorized Envato partner, I can download any assets needed for your project and license it under your project's name. This is a lifetime license, so you don't have to worry about renewing, and I don't charge you more than the amounts listed below for the baseline services.
If you would like to use a theme from another source, that's fine, but it must follow the requirements for HTML/CSS/JS vs React/JS Frameworks within the pricing below.
- Prices are based on services completed by me
- Prices are not based on the cost of the template
- The template is 'free'. You are paying for development services, not for the template.

Service 1 - Personal - For HTML/CSS/JS Templates ($100)
Does not include Wordpress, Laravel, React, or other framework setups
- Theme / Template - Licensing & Download
- Basic Theme Setup - Upload theme files to your existing server or shared hosting
- AI Powered Content Changes Available Upon Request!
- Basic Support - Answer any initial questions you have about modifying your HTML web page
Service 2 - Startup - For HTML/CSS/JS or React/JS Frameworks ($225)
Does not include Wordpress, Laravel, or non-JS frameworks
- Theme / Template - Licensing & Download
- Basic Theme Setup - Upload theme files to your existing server or shared hosting
- Basic Domain Setup - Connect Apache or NGINX to your existing domain/subdomain
- AI Powered Content Changes Available Upon Request!
- Basic Support & Instructions - Teach you how to make your own page edits for text/media
Service 3 - Business - Landing Page Setup + Custom Content ($475)
Let me do all of the work for you. HTML/CSS/JS or React/JS Framework Templates only
- Theme / Template - Licensing & Download
- Theme Setup - Upload theme files to an existing or new server or shared hosting account
- Domain Setup - Connect Apache or NGINX for a new or existing domain/subdomain
- Basic Security Audit & Server Cybersecurity - fail2ban / ufw / firewalld / open ports / etc
- Page Content - Add your text content and media to the landing page, using the theme's styles & layouts
- AI Powered Content Changes Available Upon Request!
- Support & Instructions - Teach you how to make your own page edits for text/media, for future changes
All prices are non-negotiable and I will honor these costs whether it takes me only 15 minutes or if it takes me 5 hours to finish your project. It's a set cost - do not ask for a lower price. If you need more than these services provide, you can start a contract and ask for a quote for further services, but nothing less or more than what is described below is included in these costs.
We will use an HF contract, or we will not do business together. If you want to use an MM, it must be someone I know already, or someone that has been a trusted MM on HF for years. Hi Cooligan.
