For example, I want to learn the technique of web hacking, I want to learn manual pentesting, what I need to start from, most of the articles etc...I will learn the background of the work consisting of theoretical knowledge.

Register on tryhackme and start practicing, there are courses on web pentesting, the usual vulnerabilities, and so on
