He is selling the domains and the HF crew. A crew is not quite an HF group, but you do have the ability to use your own userbar.

I'm a little bit confused. What's a HF crew? Are there more userbars than groups now? It's been a while since I have been here.

Is the HF crew modifiable upon purchase? Not sure if its more like a crew slot or the crew itself (i.e. can you change name, banner, etc.)

Yes but it cost bytes to change the name and userbar. There is also a transfer fee.
I am open to offers, I convo'd you what I paid for it.
