Both can be tricky if there are witnesses. Teleport is a bit more natural and you can blend as if you were there all the time.

I'm needing some more context, how fast can I fly? and with teleportation can I teleport anywhere in the world or am I like nightwalker who can only teleport to where he can see?
if its based on anywhere I can teleport then I guess I'll do that, purely because as Beherit said flying is so risky you'll get spotted within the first 3 minutes

Teleport, being able to go anywhere within a blink of an eye(I would assume)
The amount of memories you could create, it would be amazing. Even for small things, like going to an event, you avoid all traffic.

Teleport all day! Flying would be great of course - but I mean still time-consuming. Teleporting would be instantaneous, back for dinner kind of thing lol

Yes flying is a mode of travel and teleport shortens the travel. If I wanted to save someone falling, rather than flying I would teleport to them mid air and just teleport them back on the land.
