Looking for a FUD keylogger. I need to bind it to some file (doc or image) and send to someone to get it installed in their system.
I got scammed big by someone. Trying to get some information on him with this. Any help will be appreciated!!

You're looking for something that doesn't exist. And I don't mean a FUD keylogger, although that would require coding your own or getting someone to do it for you using unknown functions.
Report the scammer. Trying to hack him will only expose you to prosecution.

okay bro but first thing is why would the scammer download something from his victim thats make no sense for me but i can help you out if you pay for my service i can code you a C++ keylogger on your needs and i can modify the exe looks like an image for you its very easy to do tbh

Like others have already explained, it is very unlikely that you will find a keylogger (payload) that is fully
undetectable (FUD). You could bundle your keylogger (the payload) with other files using the binder, but then you would need to crypt the binder executable.
Then, in order to install or run the whole thing on the scammers system, you would most likely need to rely on social engineering (usually by gathering as much personal and technical information as possible on the scammer and using it to gain access and hope for the best).
It isn't as easy as we want it to be.

The closest thing to acomplish what you want is the Follina Exploit. It is very detected these days,by below i leave you some info about it.
