Welp I've kinda been doxed the guy kinda got my ip address and no email, he got my network and stuff im on and the start of my postcode but i have no idea how because ive not downloaded anything from him and so how to I prevent getting swatted if he does actually have anything and if I do get swatted was do i do after that could of it been a database leak and what do I do now to become anonymous on in the internet

He can't swat you based on just your IP address. He probably sent you a grabify link or something simple. The IP address just shows a general area that IP could be located. It's not exact. Sometimes mine will come up in Washington or some state I'm nowhere near. You don't have anything to worry about, if you get ddosed then you know who did it. In the future if you're concerned about your IP get a VPN, they are pretty cheap.

True, probably sent you a link that got your ip copied out for him, what state have you taken to prevent such in future or currently??
