You can do this with msfvenom using the '-e' flag to pass another executable. Bear in mind that malicious binders are not FUD. You can bind two completely harmless applications with a binder, and antivirus will detect it.

you can do it in this way:
1- create sfx archive contained your files
2-compile the sfx archive with batch to exe technique
done!
you should crypt your final file !

Don't crypt a SFX archive. It will do no good as SFX files are not inherently detected, and the compressed files will be dropped to disk.

you can do with a simple command using cmd.. you need to crypt your output though
